ExpressCredit.co.zm loans are very useful for you if you have any unexpected expense that needs to be met immediately

 

Our loans are primarily used to meet any unexpected expense that the consumer cannot afford to take care of in the immediate term. Before you apply, you should know that:

 

  • Our Long Term Loans are unsecured loans, which means they are not backed by any collateral from the borrower. These are also called Express Loans.

  • The loan duration ranges from 3 to 12 months.

  • A customer can borrow up to K100,000.

  • The loans are designed to get you out of trouble and are not recommended for those with a high level of debt.

Requirements

Be 21 years and above

Be a holder of a Zambian National Registration Card (NRC)

Be in full employment with an active bank account

Have a registered mobile phone number

Present proof of current residential address

Complete an application online.

Branch offices

Visit a branch nearest to your location and consult a Client Relationship Officer who will help you complete your loan application.

Call Centre

Call any of our agents by dialling 3334 from any network

How much I can borrow?

  1. Use the bar to determine the amount you want to borrow.
  2. Choose your prefered payment frequency. Our default payment schedule is monthly.

  3. Choose your salary pay date.

 

Upon completion, you will be able to see the payment amount, interest, cost of borrowing (APR) and your next repayment day.

Loan process

Based on the information you provided, we may give you one of several answers:

Pre approved

If your loan is pre-approved, it means you have successfully completed the first assessment step before getting your loan and you have been deemed creditworthy.

 

The next step will be to go to your nearest branch with all required documentation to complete your loan application process.

Declined

If your loan application is declined, it unfortunately means we are unable to offer you a loan.

How can I receive funds?

If your loan application is approved, you have several options to receive the money:

  • The money can be credited into your registered bank account;
  • or you can simply go to our branch and withdraw the cash. In this case, you will be required to present your ID.

What happens if I do not pay on time?

We are mandated by the regulator to report any late payments to the credit reference agency. Such a report may affect your credit rating and make getting a loan more difficult and more expensive in the future.

Further delays in payment will attract extra costs.
